Hello,
I have a post dated Feb 1 in the following forum:
The content is:
I can login to the discussions section fine, but when I click on the Download Builds link, it hangs indefinitely on the 4 squares loading image. I've logged out, cleared browser cache and cookies, and retried, but still can't load the builds page. Is there a way to access besides through a browser?
I have since been able to access the link, and that post is no longer relevant. I am unable to edit or delete it myself. If it can me removed, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Greg, your posting is in a prerelease forum and cannot be removed by a moderator here. If you wish for it to be deleted you must request it there not here.

I removed the total link as it still went to prerelease site!

Greg, why is deleting that post so important to you? It's just some internet discussion thread, not an issue tracking system.

I requested the post be deleted at first because the issue resolved itself without me or anyone else being able to offer any insight, or what steps to take to resolve it. Since these forums are a platform for community discussion based on things like offering insights or documenting processes, I felt the post served no purpose other than taking up space while offering no valuable information.
But then I inadvertently posted my takedown request to the public forum and not the private one, and included a link to the private one. And on top of that, I subsequently learned that responses to email notifications actually appear on the forums as additional posts. So ironically, all my efforts to clean up a useless post resulted in creating more of the same.
At this point, there's a bunch of messages peppered throughout various threads, just twisting in the wind. I'm not so concerned with deleting the posts now because there's actually kind of a story to follow, and a lesson to be learned. It's fine if they all stay up.
