rig: copy single bone position

hi, i know how to copy and paste a frame of the whole armature but i need to copy and paste the position of the puppet's foot only, without copy the whole armature.
any suggestions? or do u know a parametric way to copy&paste values?

No, the entire armature can be copy pasted as a whole only. Or, you can shift+select multiple objects and then copy paste. It will paste those objects at the same position/rotation but the bones will not be applied.
