Size down and Selection bug

i don't know if this has ever happened to anyone before but when i size down, it sizes up but when i size up, it doesn't size down. i've tried restarting my pc and saving as a different project. does anyone know how to fix this?

i added selection bug because it was making lines when i selected it but it isnt anymore

i confirmed and it was reset but the problem was still happening.

ok. then do a clean cc install following each applicable step:

uninstall animate (including preferences), https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

see if you can update your cc app 

restart your computer (don't skip this)

use the desktop app to reinstall animate

is your computer screen scaled to 100%?

and are you using a mouse to draw, or some other input device?

it is scaled to 100% and i am mainly using a mouse

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
