Typical options menu stuff

I've been looking for a tutorial where I could find out how to do all of the typical options-menu-type-stuff in one place, but no luck so far.

This stuff includes, but is not limited to:
-Volume sliders
-Key rebinding
-Controller support

-Full screen/windowed

I'm sure I'll think of more later, but that's all that springs to mind.

If no tutorial is available, I'd at least like to know which actionscript commands change those things.

This forum is generally for questions that can be answered in a single post. A tutorial for all that stuff would fill a chapter of a book.
