unwanted grey bars/rectangles

I have a problem that appeared not to long ago in Animate CC. When I play my animation these weird grey rectangles appear throughout the animation, then when I try to draw on the canvas it wont even show and to key frame even shows its empty. Ive tried closing out Animate, restarting my computer, shutting it down completely but it still wont go away. I even made a new canvas to see if it was just that specific one but it did the same thing. I dont know how to fix it. Help please.

Haven't heard of this issue previously? Can you contact the support team Contact us | Adobe for them to investigate and log a bug if necessary?

What does your animation consist of? Any imported bitmaps that you might have deleted from the Library?
