I want to learn to create animations with mouse. because I can not buy any light pens.
I want to learn adobe animate to create short animation and also a long animation.

I think "Light Pen" means "stylus" or "graphics tablet" in this case. never heard it called a light pen either

Worth mentioning also that yes, you can use Animate with just a mouse, or trackpad, and keyboard. The Shapes and Pen tools will be most useful. The Brush tool can be used but without a tablet/pressure sensitivity, you will get a consistent shape as opposed to a variable shape. While it's quicker, easier, and more ergonomic to use a tablet, you can use Animate without one.
