Website tutorial in AS3

I'm about to update my personal web site and decided to use flash this time to be able to have a bit more interesting design. I'm however new to flash and can't find a good tutorial on how to use flash. The ones I've found are for action script 2 and I don't want to learn an old language when there is a newer and faster one is out.

So does anyone know a good tutorial in AS3 on how to create a flash web site from scratch?
