I was doing my animation and this happened and the back button doesnt work

Can you explain a little more as to what has happened?

If ctrl-z doesn't work, try going into edit, and then press "Undo", though it's been long overdue for this answer since you have not supplied further information.  So by now, your document has most likely autosaved and stuck like that unless you use the previously autosaved .fla's before the incident happen.
