during the free trial period animate will act the same as during the subscription period.
embed a screenshot showing the "greeting window" you are closing and show how you are closing it.

first try, resetting the cc app. to reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press: Win: Ctrl + Alt + R Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
if that fails, reset your preferences -
remove
Win:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Adobe\Animate CC <version>\ and
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Animate\<version>\
Mac:
/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/<Animate CC version>/ and
/Users/<username>/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Animate/<version>/)

uninstall animate including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
restart your computer
reinstall animate.
when starting animate, if you have a choice between novice or expert mode, choose expert (assuming you chose novice with the previous install).

I have more than one accout because it kinda helps solve the problem, really... You see, when I deleting all the stuff like cc deskshop etc. then creating a new account, I downloading Animate and cc on it. So the program works. But then it shuts down again...
No, I didn't. This is even my first time in this program. I have created my first animation, it was all okay but on the next day THIS happening and I have no clue whats that...
Honestly, I don't know what can help me in this situation... But I really need help

using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com....
p.p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
p.p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare.
