I recorded myself for an animation and the sound quality is normal, but when I test it the audio changes. The audio isnt as clearly heard inside animate cc. I'm guessing its just because I have a toaster for a mic but I'm not sure. Please help. I've been searching forever and I still cant find out why my audio changes.

If you go into Publishing Settings, for SWF, there are Audio stream and Audio event settings you can change. The default setting is not very good quality. Try increasing the bitrate.
