Why my variable is not changed

I have a variable myQuestion but it doesn't display. What problem can be?

remove your textfield, recreate it and assign its instance name.

it worked only when I double click in hero, went to its animation and added text and variable ther and I saw it - 

 But the next question is how can I manage to go to upper level of the scene after clicking the button, and go to the frame I need?

1. It should be the first screen - then user clicks Start button

2. User plays by moving hero

3. Then depending of win or lose - user should be moved to the screen

What do you get if you run console.log(this.myQuestion); on frame 0 and 1 from the main timeline?
