Windows Ink and Mapping Issues with Adobe Animate

I'm using version 22.0.7 of Animate and apperantly Windows Ink needs to be enabled in order for the pressure for the stylus to be detected. But having it enabled causes a multitude of issues for me, the program glitches when I use the Alt key (which I need for certain functions), it sometimes doesn't work when I try to color pick (unless I press multiple times), dialogue boxes and text sometimes appear when I'm using certain hotkeys, it's been a huge problem for me.
The only fix I currently know of is to go into the preferences and switch "Tablet Input" from "Windows Ink" to "WinTab", BUT when I do that, Animate maps my tablet's area to BOTH of my monitors, which makes using it difficult. I only want it mapped to my main monitor, like every other drawing program I have. Does anyone know a fix for this? I searched around online but haven't found one. Thank you!

Animate is plagued by hundreds of issues, many of them years old.
As far as I've seen on these forums, if you have more than one display, you have the choice between bad WinInk or bad WinTab support - they just differ in the way they are annoying to use.
