Effects Rack Default Gone

Hello, 

I frequently use Audition and the presets in the effects rack that are default loaded into the app. For some reason, a few of those default effects disappeared and now I cannot get the audio to sound how I'm used to. 

I have tried reseting the preferences, but the accidentally deleted effects do not show up for me still. 

Is there anything that I can do?

I also have the same problem. The default effects which are usually listed (eg 'telephone' or 'far away source') have dissapeared and now only shows (Default) as the only option
