Adobe Audition 3.0

Hi all,

I use version 3.0 for my file editing and am unable to *refresh* my Effects Plugins.  I receive the following:

Multitrack Session Active!

Unable to refresh effects list, effects currently being used in multitrack session. Please close current multitrack session and retry.

I have NO effects being used in the multitrack window, and when I close that session window, I still get the same alert. 

Is there any workaround? Have any of you experienced this?
