System:

Mac OS Monterey

Adobe Version:

22.5

I recently notificed a lot of my disk space missing. Upon further investigation I discovered that the Audition Log-last.txt is taking up 13.5GB of space and growing. Previously, I saw it get as large as 102GB.

The Log itself is just filled with the following repeating lines:

Ticks = 77943098 <511109> <NSURLSessionHTTPProcessor> <4> Request completed with error, requestID: "803d7cf3-6c01-4f0b-a630-dfda05770622", status: 0, duration: "0", error: -1000, description: "Error Domain=NSURLErrorDomain Code=-1000 \"bad URL\" UserInfo={_kCFStreamErrorCodeKey=22, NSUnderlyingError=0x6000004a9740 {Error Domain=kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork Code=-1000 \"(null)\" UserInfo={_NSURLErrorNWPathKey=satisfied (Path is satisfied), interface: en0, ipv4, dns, _kCFStreamErrorCodeKey=22, _kCFStreamErrorDomainKey=1}}, _NSURLErrorFailingURLSessionTaskErrorKey=LocalDataTask <BDC64216-A594-4A7B-BE43-23328E58B482>.<12651441>, _NSURLErrorRelatedURLSessionTaskErrorKey=(\n \"LocalDataTask <BDC64216-A594-4A7B-BE43-23328E58B482>.<12651441>\"\n), NSLocalizedDescription=bad URL, NSErrorFailingURLStringKey=https://cc-api-data.adobe.io/ingest, NSErrorFailingURLKey=https://cc-api-data.adobe.io/ingest, _kCFStreamErrorDomainKey=1}"

After running Omni Disc Sweeper to find out what is taking up 1.3 TB (terabytes!) of the storage on my hard drive, the culprit is Adobe Audition.  I've only used it twice, and for maybe 30 minutes all together.  Why is this happening?
