Adobe Audition keeps freezing when switching between multitrack and file

Adobe Audition keeps freezing when switching between multitrack and file for a couple/few weeks. Anyone else experiencing this and have a solution to make it stop?

audition (where i moved your posts) is the correct forum.  the cc desktop forum (where you posted) is not correct.

Im not aware of the CC Desptop Forum as I have "Home> Audition> Discussions", which is the same as my past posts. In fact, https://community.adobe.com/t5/audition-discussions/ is where I've always posted and replied to other's posts in regard to audition.  Either way, I've opened an old post and will reach out to someone in that thread. Thanks.
