Adobe Audition Plugin Benztown Plugin not showing up

I am at a loss as I have installed multiple times the Benztown Plugin for production work and it just will not show up in Audition CC. Does anyone have any ideas? or has anyone run into this before?

I unpack the zip, install the exe file and it installs where it is supposed to be and I scan the folder but no vst shows up. Bizzar!

I can't see any obvious reason, but I think your first recourse (assuming that you've done everything it says in the installation guide) is to contact them and ask them what they did to install it on Audition, because it certainly appears to work in their video, and it certainly doesn't show up if you try to install it on a PC - despite appearing to scan it. It may be that they've suceeded in installing it on a Mac, but not on a Windows machine. Which are you trying to install it on?

    I am trying to install on a Windows machine which their tutorials clearly indicate can be done. However I am failing miserably and have been talking to support and nothing helpful has come from it so far.
