Adobe Audition quit problem

Hello,

I have problem to quit Adobe Audition program because of this problem that you can see on the picture.

I tried to find what is on action, but nothing is on action. It says that is still recording or whatever but nothing is recording nothing is on. I can not do anything with my PC now, i can not restart, force quit or update a computer. Can you please helpe me with this?? I have Mac OS.

Press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds. This will force a shutdown. It may not reboot cleanly but most Macs deal with it OK.
