Adobe Audition recording problem

I use Adobe Audition for music and this year I have encountered a problem with a recorded audio where it sounds like the levels are fine yet there is this constant static sound all throughout the recording. I have updated, un-installed and re-installed the drivers yet the problem is still there, Pls help. I have attached a sample file

You need to describe your recording chain in detail. That buzz appears to be modulated by the bass, so it's external to anything past your sound device - whatever that is...
