Conventionly the process is to record the "event" on the camera, video and audio

Record the vocals and mics on some other device(s) ( three tracks here you say )

Sync them up in Premiere using the audio on the camera.

(you could also use a slate for sync for backup)

Push the tracks to Audition if you need something not available in Premiere.

Not with Audition, no - it's audio editing software and only handles video as a replay format for post-production purposes. You could probably record like that in Premiere, and then use Audition afterwards to make alterations - this is the way it's designed to work.
