Adobe Audition Sound Effects License Agreement

The licence terms are pretty clear, but okay, I'll try to put it in English rather than lawyer-speak:

You may use any of these files within any work you create, and you can modify them as much as you like. You can do anything you like with your work containing them ('embedded in your product') at all, including selling it. The only things you can't do are distribute any of these files on their own, or make any ownership or copyright claim on their use in your product. IOW, the only people who can let them out in the form they've started in is Adobe.

But really, they are pretty much out there in the wild. Even the person who created some of them has never made a cent out of the ones he did. Yes, I do know who it is, and it has been a slight bone of contention for a very long time now, but hey, that's the way it is, and he accepts that.
