Adobe Podcast Enhance Speech A.I. Not Working

Hello all,
I wanted to ask if you also have problems with speech encnhancement. I can insert the file (wav), but the file is not finished processing. I had it edited several times for over an hour. Otherwise it took 1 to 2 MInutes.
Is everything running as usual for you guys, is the problem with me`?

It's the weekend. It gets overloaded at times - you just have to try again later.

It's been like this for 3 days now and I tried it at different times. I've been using the program for a while and never had such problems. No file is being edited.
Is it working for you?

I don't use it. But it has been reported here by several people - almost always at weekends - that it has failed, and this is almost certainly server overload. Also it gets updated; it now has a new user limit on it that it didn't have when it was launched (3 hrs max daily).

Hm, now it's Monday and unfortunately it still doesn't work. Can someone try it out, please. I would like to know if it's me or the server.

I experienced the same issue everyone has reported regarding the enhancement process taking forever and never delivering the enhanced audio file. At that time I was using Mozilla Firefox, which was the browser I had been using previously to enhance audio files. I decided to use Google Chrome instead and was able to have the audio files enhanced. I don't know why suddenly Firefox was no longer allowing me to use the Adobe Enhance Speech tool, but it appears that, for the time being, it is browser-specific. If you're running into similar issues, I recommend using a different browser, i.e. Google Chrome.

This happened to me. I was using Safari and it would only download the first two minutes. I tried it on Chrome and it worked first time.

It works fine with Firefox - I just tried it. What is worth noting though is that there are distinct limits on what you can do with it - you should check out the Features page to see what these are. I believe that they've tripped up a few people...

I was unaware that there was now a paid/full version of the Adobe Podcast Enhance Speech through Adobe Express Premium (as well as the free version). When I access Adobe Express via Firefox, I get the following message:

Although the free Enhance Speech tool can be accessed via Firefox, if you want to use the full version, Firefox is currently not one of the supported browsers.
