All preferences gone

I started Audition this morning and it said that the primary temp folder could not be found.  I did a shift start and it created one.  Now, all of my preferences are gone, plug ins are missing, keyboard shortcuts are gone.  How do I get these back?  Mac, 10.1.0.174 (new release)
