I tried to export my multitrack audio and this popped up. How do I fix this?

This applies to everyway to export and won't allow me to add anymore audios either

For a start, is this on a Mac or a PC? And if you look in Preferences, what are your temp file settings?

It's on Windows 10 and I'm not too sure what you mean about Temp file settings. Would it be the temp file in media & disk cache?

Yes it would. By default the temp file location is in the same place that Windows uses for a temp file. Inherently, this is - of course - a bad idea, as Windows automatically assumes priority in this space, and is capable of dynamic resizing, and probably a few other nasties too.
The very best thing you can do is to create your own Audition temp file space on a separate drive, but even creating a space on your root drive that isn't the same one that Windows uses will be an improvement. Personally I've never bothered to set up the second temp space, but if you do, the same thing applies.
Anyway, try that first and if you still have problems, report back.

Sounds logical thank you for taking the time to share your knowledge. I don't actually know to change the destination of the temp file, can you provide instructions please, as I too am stuck in limbo with a podcast episode that is ready but cannot be published - talk about anti climax LOL

Create a new folder on your root drive (if it's a Windows machine, that's the C: drive). Call it anything you like, as long as you can remember what it is. Now in Audition, in Edit>Preferences>Media and Disk Cache, it's the top entry on the page - you just navigate to the folder you set up using the Browse button at the end of the line. When you've found it, click on Okay and you're done.

I'm having the same issue but on a MAC. Media/Disk cache files are set but I don't think I can create new folders in the Mac root folder. Any advice?

I'm afraid not - I don't use Macs. Maybe a Mac user will come along and tell you where to reposition it...
