The reason that the singer 's voice is beautiful is not only because of Mike. also, there are some sound effects on there I guess, you can check it 0:28 of echo effect.

Of course, maybe that video would not use audition. But what audition effect can match the sound like that video?

Yes that is just a standard Reverb effect of which there are many in Audition. It just uses rather more than would be normally used with a fairly long decay to make it sound like it is in a church.
