Hi, I'm using the 22 version because my main computer is struggling a little bit for Audition 23. It works fine but it's not as smooth. The 22 version is more than fine for my needs, so I disabled automatic updates a long a time ago, not a problem. This morning, while I was working on Audition, the software crashed. When I launched it again, it was the 23 version. It did not ask me to update or anything. I tried to downgrade it but Creative Cloud doesn't offer Audition 22 anymore. Any ideas or suggestions? Is there a way for me to keep using the software I'm paying and that I was happy with? I hope so. Otherwise I'll be forced to change computer – or my editing software and workflow. Thank you very much.

Unfortunately for you, Adobe's legal dept has said that the only software available for any product is the current release and its -1, which precludes the version you want from being available now. The trick with any version of Audition is to download the new version and install it without removing the previous one. This is perfectly fine - all versions of Audition can co-exist on one machine quite happily.
