I purchased a license for Audition CS5.5 years ago. Haven't used the program in a long time. Tried to run it today and get an error message that it's not properly licensed and I have to buy another license. Anyone familiar with this issue?
We can't deal with licencing issues, as we quite correctly have no access to the subscription database - but before you contact Adobe directly, try updating the CC app software. This appears to need to be done quite frequently to keep everything running smoothly, and that may be all you need to do if your subscription is up to date. If this was a pre-subscription purchase though, you'll have to contact them directly, regardless.
