Hi there.
Is it possible to "create" an envelope in audition so I can choose which part of the track is affected by the effect ?
Yes. Any effect that is added to a Tracks Effects Rack can have most of their settings Automated. To reveal full track automation envelopes go to the Twirl down right facing arrow next to the box where it says Read in the Track header. Clicking on the arrow twirls down the extra part of the track header to show the Automation settings. There you can select which Envelopes to show and select the one to apply automation to.

Ok I found it, but I can't change the effect envelope, just the volume, but where to put the keyframe to control the envelope effect ?

The information in the link is still current as far as Automation goes. It might help if you told us what effect you are trying to automate and whether it is a Track or Clip effect.
Once you have selected an effect in to the Track Effects Rack you can enable the Show envelope for the parameter that you want to automate. A new coloured envelope line will appear on the Automation lane and you can then click on it to add Keyframes where you want.
If you enable the Clip Effects Rack then the show envelope menu appears when you right click at the top right of the Clip. The automation Envelope line will then appear overlaid on the clip Waveform itself. Once you have the new envelope showing then you can add Keyframes as before.
All this is shown in the link I posted before.

I did but when I make the keyframe, the effects starts sudden instead of gradual.

I order to make your effect fade in you have to make two keyframes, as shown in the help link, to start with a low level of the effect and gradually raise it to a higher point with a slope between them to fade in the effect. That is what an Envelope is. What effect are you using?

Seeyoc, Mr Clark's explained it well and patiently and clearly. So answer the poor man's question: What effect are you using?

It shouldn't matter what effect I'm using, but it's a reverb .

Unfortunately it does matter. Which reverb? Full reverb, for instance, has significant problems with automation in Multitrack view because of its need to recalculate every time anything is changed.
So, if you want help, then even if you don't think it's relevant, full disclosure is often more help than you might realise.

Ok thank you.
I didn't know about the recalculation, make sense, so basically I can only use an envelope on certain effects.

If an effect you place into the effects rack shows as a dark red, it's not suitable for use in Multitrack view unless you limit quite considerably what you do with it - and unless you've cancelled them, you get a warning about this at the time you try to insert it.
