Audition exporting mixdowns our of phase

Having issues with exporting mixdowns from audition back to Premier.

Mix sounds fine in audition but on export each time the mix is coming back out of phase. See screen grab & I have pulled a short clip out.

Any ideas what might be causing this? Not had this issue before, no idea what is going on. going to run updates & ususal house keeping.
