It's no problem to burn a CD. But if I won't burn the CD immediatly, how can I create the bin- and cue-file?

Audition's CD creation has only ever been intended as a quick way of creating client CDs at the end of a session, and isn't really intended for 'production' purposes, as such. You can save the CD layout in Audition as a .cdlx file, which is Audition's internal CD layout format. So you should be able to go back and reopen that to burn a CD at a future date. In order to preserve a .cue file you will need to use a third party app like CueListTool . Not sure of the easiest way to make and save a .bin file though.

I need the bin and cue file to send them to friends, so that they can burn their own CD. My way is to burn a CD directly from Audition and then creating the bin and cue file out of the CD with a third party app (ImgBurn). I do not need a CD, because all my files are on computer and media player.

Either Imgburn, or something like Nero will do what you want though.
