Audition not picking up audio while reordering

First I'm on windows not MAC and Audition has audio permission. I have changed nothing from the last time that I used it but for some reason when I went to use it this morning it's not working. I hit record but and it runs but its not picking up any sound at all. Here are some screen shots of my audio preferences. I have to be missing something. Hopefully you all can see what I am obviously missing.

I found the issue. My mic was muted. All I can do is shake my head and hang it in shame. Go about your day people.
