Audition on MacBook Pro - how to record what is playing on browser window

Hi there - I can't find any other options for audio hardware inputs other than inbuilt microphone. I want to be able to record what's playing on my browser window (eg. from a sound effects library) that I guess is coming through the MacBook sound card. Any tips on configuration, or external devices, etc?
