Audition Save and Export Options Grayed Out

I've been working on this project for about three hours now and of course I go to export it and everything is grayed out. I can't save or export anything. I've looked at other people who had the same problem and none of the answers have helped me. Is this just a lost cause? Some help would be greatly appreciated, as I really need this project.

Please show us a screenshot of the Mixer panel.

The most common reason for this problem is that tracks are NOT being routed to Master.
