Audition vocal remover ?

Can someone tell me if Audition provides the ability to isolate/remove vocal tracks from audio/video files such as Youtube ?

If you have a stereo track and the voice is centrally place, this technique using the Stereo Channel Extractor may work for you.

Otherwise if its mono this will not work.
