Audition with Mac OS Monterey

Just curious if anyone has had any issues or knows of anything I should watch out for when upgrading my Mac OS to Monterey and getting Audition back up and going. I have a bunch of Waves plugins I'll have to update to V 13 I know but other than that.... am I good to go?

My reccomendation... don't upgrade to Monterey quite yet. I am having all kinds of issues with Audition 2022 and Monterey; losing mouse and keyboard connectivity; keychain losing passwords and multiple programs asking for login to the keychain.

This issue is non-existant when Audition is not open and running.

Gotta agree with this. Migrated from Big Sur to Monterey on a new Macbook Pro. Launch fails with the spinning pinwheel of death. Uninstalled, reinstalled, no luck. System is OS X 12.4 Macbook Pro 16 inch 2021 with Apple M1 silicon. Any ideas?
