Audition won't open

Hi, So I downloaded the creative cloud package so I could work on my uni projects from home but I am opening up Adobe Audition and it won't let me do anything because the verify your email message comes up but my email is already verified and it won't let me go any further than that as the message won't disappear , I have a project on audition due in in two days and this is a serious problem for me now so any help would be much appreciated , thank you.
