Automatically creating cuts at gaps of a specific length in multitrack

Hi,

I have a very long audio track with a single speaker, and there are several gaps and pauses in between. I would like to be able to select a gap size, e.g. 1500ms and threshold e.g. -26dB, and have audition go through the file and insert cuts in multitrack mode, maybe at the middle of the gap or the start. Is there a way to do this automatically?
