Backup folder

While working on the project Audition 6.0 unexpectedly closed with an error and did not offer to restore the project, I started looking for a solution and found a backup folder, it contains files with a large weight, but Audition does not open them, please help

Sorry, but nowhere near enough information here. What files exactly are in this folder? Are we talking about audio files and a session file?
