Bad Audio

I am so frustrated that Adobe doesn't have any phone numbers to help you fix technical problems! I simply want to talk to someone to see why my recording Adobe Audition software is giving me bad audio all of a sudden. I am on deadlines for clients and have nowhere to turn. I have searched online for an option to talk to someone and keep finding chat forums only. I am ready to drop my subscription but I want to see if there is someone to talk to before I make that decision. Has anyone ever been able to actually talk to a tech person by phone for Adobe Audition? Do you know a number?

I agree, Steve. Chat forums were not the place where I wanted to seek help

but Adobe doesn't do a good job of promoting a phone number to call for

help. They keep directing you to online help only - chat forums. I googled

and couldn't find a number but eventually, I found a 'workaround' through

another number and a tech person helped me resolve the issue and meet

my deadline. Thank you so much for responding. I appreciate your kindness.

Take care.

Generally the Adobe chat lines aren't much good for that sort of issue - they often send people here, because usually we have a better idea of what happens -  and on top of that, many people have reported that dealing with the 'helplines' can be quite frustrating....

So what exactly is going wrong?

If you really don't want to talk to us about it, then if you follow the  'Support Home' links on the top of this forum's main page you will eventually get to a point where they might actually be prepared to talk to you...
