What are best settings using selected audition effects (amplitude and compression effects, filter, and EQ effects) when processing different raw ambient sounds, like birds, chirping, car engines, etc?

No such thing, I'm afraid. All audio is different, and even the same audio for a different purpose might be treated differently. But that aside, the best answer with natural sound is - as little as possible; if it's well-recorded, then none. People know what this stuff sounds like, and if you start altering that, generally they won't like it.
