Long-time Adobe CC user here. Today I recorded an important interview, and at the end of the recording session, Audition wouldn't allow me to SAVE THE SESSION because my bank had detected a possible fraud issue yesterday and put a temporary hold on the card I have on file. For clarity, instead of emailing me about the issue, the software prevented me from saving important audio until I entered new payment information.
My feature suggestion is to leave vital Audition functions intact and email someone if/when their payment method fails. My question is, has anyone else experienced this, and were you able to find a way to save your project? If a customer doesn't have an alternate form of payment handy it could become a real problem.
Thanks!
