Can get izotope ozone 10 to show

Hi guys I've got an issue where my izotope plugins won't show in adobe effects. I see them on the scanning plugins window but then they don't show up to use. Anyone know why this is?

did you only scan for the Plugins or also installed them and after that closed and reopened Audition? Also are those the VST2 or 3 versions?

They are vst 3 plugins and I installed them

With a file open in Waveform view, if you click on one of the Effects slots (not under "Adobe Effects"), do you see the screen shown below?

Notice the "VST3" option.  Do you see Ozone 10 listed there, under the Mastering heading?

Yes I see that but the izotope plugins don't show

Does their Status show as "Working" in the Effects>Audio Plug-In Manager?

EDIT: to add, are they definitely installed in the default for VST3s folder, i.e. C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\iZotope?

They are installed in the correct place but don't show up in the list of plugins at all. But when you scan for new plugins I can see they scan them but don't show them

Is 'the correct place' actually in the list of directories to be scanned? If it isn't, then Audition will never find them...
