I have video only file that I want to add audio to inside of Audition.
Is there a way to combine the two and save (export) the file as one unit (MP4 or other format).
If you have imported the video into Audition and you record and edit a soundtrack to fit in Audition's Multitrack there are several ways of getting the two back together in a video file. You can just Mixdown the audio into a standard .wav file in Audition and then place that alongside the video stream in Premiere or any other NLE video editor. Or alternatively if you have Adobe Media Encoder installed you can Export the video and audio straight into ME form the File/Export menu in Audition.

I'm afraid not - not any more. It was only a limited facility anyway - something to do with .avi files IIRC but it certainly doesn't do it now. I think you're going to need Premiere to do this.

I am a Newbie and I would appreciate suggestions on how this can be done in Premiere.
Thanks.

You need to ask on the Premiere forum - we don't really 'do' video as such here.
