Yes, but you will have to do some experimenting to get it approximately the same. The Goldwave plugin doesn't specify any attack or release times, and the slopes are in arbitrary units (aka meaningless), but if you set up the Dynamics Processing graph so that the slopes and breakpoints are in relatively the same positions, you'll have a good starting point.

It's easiest to click on the blue line itself to add points to it. You can then edit them by right-clicking on the point to bring up the edit dialog. The reason that I said that you will have to experiment is that I haven't got the faintest idea how the Goldwave scaling translates to real measurements. The Audition Dynamics Processor is scaled down to -100dB, but I have no idea about the scaling on the Goldwave one at all. Or any of its attack or release times, or anything at all about it, really. That's why I said that you will have to experiment for yourself - we can't help you with this. Because all compressors sound subtly different, you'll never get a perfect match, but because there are a lot more parameters to play with on the Audition one, you should get close.

Your best bet is probably to find a preset that sounds close to this, and modify that until it sounds the way you want. This is how most people set up compressors!

You may have to normalize your file before you use it, and check in the Settings panel that no input or output gain has been added - that would probably cause clipping with anything where the output can still reach 0dB.
