Can't hear the audio from a recorded multi-track session (No Playback Audio)

I just recorded a podcast session today and I'm now trying to listen back to the audio but there is no audio on my laptop's speaker and my headphones. I've already gone through the regular routine of making sure the audio hardware and audio channel mapping are on the correct settings and still no sound is playing back. I've checked the levels panel and there is no feedback given on there either but on each of our tracks their levels are shown to be activated. I'm very confused, this has never happened before

Yes the cursor still travels across the page with no delay or glitches

At the top of your mixer panel, all the individual channel outputs are set to 'None', which means that they aren't feeding the Master channel - hence, no output. For all of them, unless you are sending a channel to a bus, they should be set to Master, or you'll hear nothing. You can also set the output routing in the channel controls if you want.

We're confused too! Is this on a Mac or a PC?

Regardless of which it is, if the transport is moving and the meter in the master channel is responding, you are correctly connected to some sort of sound device, and the fault will be outside Audition - somewhere in your sound settings. If, on the other hand, the transport doesn't move, then Audition is disconnected from your sound device.

I am using a HP Windows laptop.

I've put a screenshot below of what my display is showing me. I've looked through many youtube videos and forums and nothing is helping me work this issue out. I've troubleshooted my audio in settings and there is no issue.

Sorry, but the screengrab tells us nothing. We need to see one of your hardware settings page in Edit>Preferences, and also one of the Mixer panel. Can you confirm that the transport moves - i.e. the cursor travels across the screen?
