I am running the latest version of Audition and suddenly I cannot record or playback any new multitrack sessions. Waveform mode plays and records fine but I cannot get the multitrack function to work at all.
Can you show us your Audio Channel Mapping and Audio Hardware preferences, please? If you are sure that these are okay, then you need to look at the way that Multitrack channels are allocated in the record settings - that's generally the first cause of people's difficulties, followed by not record-enabling the track...
