Cant Hear Audio While Recording

Hi all,

I hope someone can help me here.  I am having a major issue getting my headphones to work while recording audio.  I have everything connected.  I can record with no problem and can even listen to audio recorded in my headphones once finished but cant hear anything while recording.  I have looked at a bunch of youtube videos that aren't helpful because they all tell me to adjust my audio hardware which I have tried a dozen times with no luck.

I should mention I am recording using a Tascam US 4X4 for my mics with a Behringer MicroAMP HA400 for my headphones.  I got it work fine in audacity but I like audition better and would like to use that going forward if I can get the issue fixed.  Please someone help!
