Cant save cuz untrue dialogue gets in the way

How do I save my files when this is in the way.  There are NO unsaved effects,

no "apply" to apply.

Do you have any effects at all in the effects rack? I mean even ones that are switched off...

Thank you I found them buried in clips that were not in the tracks.

Also you can always click on the "Do not show this alert again" to make sure that it doesn't get in the way.

No, it wouldn't. And neither would it tell you it hadn't. Really, it depends upon how dangerously you want to live...
