Changing Size of Finished Picture

I do not know how change the size of my document. When I go to Transform or Free Transform is gives me a box saying that "initial bounding rectangle is empty". How do I get the rectangle to not be empty.

    I don't know what software you are using, but it certainly isn't Audition! If you tell me, I can move your post to a more appropriate forum.
