Hello, I am having a problem losing my keyboard shortcuts when I exit Adobe Audition, having to reset them when I restart the program. I tried saving as a "keyboard layout preset", with no results. I think there might be a save button at the bottom of the screen, but Audition won't let me resize the shortcut window and I can't see it on my small, small laptop. Any help would be appreciated.
Perhaps this will work for you. It seems to here.
If I understand you correctly, the bit in the RED box I've drawn on the screen grab is not visible on your screen when looking at the keyboard shortcuts?
You've saved a custom set but keep needing to load them every time you launch Audition?
If you select your saved custom set in the green box, THEN hit return it loads them.
This is because unknown to you, the OK button ( off screen ) is highlighted and hitting return loads your custom set.

Yes it's a pain - it happens on this laptop too. The easiest solution I know of is to borrow and plug in a larger monitor temporarily and extend the desktop onto it - then you get all of the options at the bottom of the screen, if you drag the panel across to it.

I figured as much. I'll have to dock it when I get a chance, Thanks!

Thereafter that set will be the default as you start Audition.

Hello,
I had this same problem recently but I didn't have another monitor. I went to my laptop setting and changed the resolution to 1440x900 and it allowed me to see the full screen and click that "OK" button.
Hope this helps anyone else having this issue.

That's a perfectly viable solution - but for a lot of people, I suspect that they will have to set it temporarily to a rather lower resolution than that!

It's the same problem due to the small screen size. I managed to go to Hidden Okay by pressing the tab key ... 4 tabs I guess ;)... Failed two times.
